WHO AM I?
I’m Giulia Pandolfi Elmi, a Life & Career Coach passionate about wellbeing in all its forms — with special attention to the one that starts within.
I trained at Kingstown College, where I earned my Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring. I currently offer coaching sessions online and in person in Brussels, where I live.
My story is a little different from the usual “breaking point.”
Many coaches come to this profession after leaving a job that didn’t feel right for them, or walking away from toxic environments. That wasn’t my path.
I like my job. I like the international environment I work in, the world of diplomacy, and everything that has shaped the career I studied for and built.
But there is something I enjoy — and that fulfills me — even more: people.
That’s why I started coaching: not to run away from something, but to move toward something else that really represents me.
When I walk with someone through their journey, I feel I am contributing to something bigger.
Seeing my impact in the world through the goals achieved by my coachees means far more to me than anything interesting I could ever do sitting at a desk.
I feel an authentic mission, a path that has always belonged to me: changing the world, one person at a time.

WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is a journey of growth and transformation.
It helps you gain clarity on what you truly want, recognise your inner strengths, and let go of what’s holding you back — so you can live with more direction, confidence, and authenticity, in alignment with your values.
It’s not therapy, consulting, or training: it’s a safe space where, through powerful questions and practical coaching tools, you learn to understand yourself better, make conscious decisions, and most importantly, take concrete steps toward your goals and realise your potential.
My coaching approach and training are based on the standards set by the ICF – International Coaching Federation and EMCC – European Mentoring and Coaching Council, the two leading global organisations for quality and ethics in coaching.
These associations define rigorous guidelines on competencies, professional ethics, and continuous development, ensuring that each coaching journey is structured, professional, and client-centered.
Following these standards means offering you reliable, high-quality support — grounded in recognised methodologies and a constant commitment to growth as a professional.
(*)Coaching, therapy, and counselling: three different paths for different needs.
Just as there are doctors, personal trainers, and physical therapists for the body, there are also professionals with distinct roles for the mind:
• Coaching → looks at the present and future: helps clarify goals and find within yourself the answers and strategies to achieve them.
• Therapy → looks at the past and healing: addresses emotional wounds, traumas, or disorders that require the intervention of a psychologist or psychotherapist.
• Counselling → offers solutions and predefined plans: the counsellor analyses the situation and advises you on what to do.
My coaching style
I believe coaching is the art of blowing on embers—beautifully described by Leonardo Wolk, one of the pioneers of coaching. The coach doesn’t create the fire; they help it breathe. The fire is already within you.
My role is to hold a safe, creative space where you can show up as your whole self, in every direction—fully, freely, 360°.
My style is:
- Welcoming and respectful – a safe space where you can express yourself freely.
- Reflective yet action-oriented – because real change begins when thoughts and actions start to align.
- Creative and intuitive – I use tools, visualisations, imagery, and questions that help you see things from new perspectives.
- Personalised – every journey is unique, tailored to your story, your values, and your goals.
I hold most of my sessions online, but if you’re in Brussels and you a preference for physical presence, I’d be happy to meet you in person.
