When is the right time to start a coaching journey?

The right moment often coincides with a clear feeling: “This isn’t enough for me anymore.” It can emerge during transitions (changing jobs, relationships, cities), in stasis (“I know what I want, but I’m not going”), or when you want to prioritize yourself. Coaching is recommended when you need clarity, structure, and guidance in taking action.

Some helpful signs: you have goals you’ve been putting off for months; you have too many options and no criteria; you feel like you’re growing, but in a haphazard way; you want to stop pleasing and start choosing. In these cases, coaching offers a safe environment to define goals, select strategies, and develop new habits.

You don’t need to “have everything under control” to get started. What’s needed is a willingness to explore, to be honest with yourself, and to take the first steps consistently. If you recognize yourself, the time has probably already come.
